Gateway ATS is an internal hiring tool. The data it stores is about Members of the workspace and the Candidates who apply to jobs published by that workspace.

What we collect

For Members: name, email, role, sign-in timestamps. For Candidates: anything submitted through the Apply Form or entered by Members in the workspace: name, contact details, resume, notes, application history.

How it's used

Candidate data is used only to run the workspace's hiring process. We don't sell it, share it, or use it to train models.

Retention

Candidate records persist until the workspace Owner deletes them. Workspace administrators can export or remove individual records on request.

For data requests, contact the workspace Owner directly. This policy is intentionally short; if you need a more detailed version for legal review, ask the Owner.
